The V. district is an eternal investment, it is no coincidence that when investors are asked about value stability, one of the first answers is usually the purchase of downtown real estate. Haris köz is one of the most popular streets of the 5th district, closed from car traffic, full of restaurants, shops, salons and tourists, from where all the important sights of Budapest can be easily reached on foot.

This 93 m2 apartment needs to be completely renovate, on the first floor, with a street view: there are no unrealistic expectations, no burdens should be freed, only requiring time and money for renovations on the corner of Haris-Petőfi with individual heating.

There are currently 2 and a half rooms (as on the property sheet), but thanks to its movable walls, a wonderful living room with 2 bedrooms and a separate toilet can be easily formed in the apartment (conversion plan attached), then either as an investment or as an office (several law firms and companies operate in the building) perfectly it can be used, but there is not just investment properties in the building either, but families also live in the house.

The common cost with unlimited water consumption and a renovation fund is HUF 20,000, which will increase slightly due to the soon-to-be-started building electronics renovation and of course there is also the possibility of creating a water meter.
